The Art of Being in Balance



THE WORDS "Being in Balance" mean different things to different people. I view "Being in Balance" from a perspective of Mind, Body, Emotions & Spirit. If your Mind is in a state of balance, you are content, serene & filled with optimism. Your thoughts are positive, creative & mindful in nature. Most importantly your thoughts are in alignment with the truth of who you are. If your Emotions are in a state of balance, you are also content, serene & at peace. You are happy, joyful, filled with light & enthusiasm. You feel free, motivated & connected to the world around you. If your Spirit is in balance, you are at peace & you feel a deep connection to your inner truth & to universal truth. You feel your personal power, You know who you are & why you are here. Your life feels meaningful, joyful & just plain good. If your Body is in balance, You are healthy, vital & strong. You are energetic, you are flexible & beautiful & you enjoy living in such a wonderful & glorious body.

TRUE BALANCE is an interconnected & dynamic dance between all levels of our being. Our Mind, Body, Emotion & Spirit, each, have creative power with the other levels.




YOUR MIND has the power to impact your body, your emotions & your spirit. Your emotions have the power to impact your mind, your spirit & your body. Your body has the power to impact your spirit, your emotions & your mind. And, most importantly, your spirit has the power to impact your body, your mind & your emotions.

TO CREATE wellness & balance of Mind, Body, Emotion & Spirit, you need to bring all the aspects of Self into balance, both separately & as the living, interconnected whole that you truly are. This means that if your Body, Mind, Emotions or Spirit are sick & out of balance, in order to create true & lasting healing, you must explore how your thoughts impact your body & your life, how your emotions are creating either health & wellness or sickness & imbalance, how your spiritual life is impacting your total being & you need to look at nutrition, movement & re-learn how to provide loving self care for your body.

DID YOU KNOW that you are physically & energetically pre-wired for health, happiness, abundance, inner peace & joy? You have just forgotten how to access this inner knowingness, this innate ability, this natural way of being. You just need to re-learn some basic, foundational skills that will gently & naturally guide you back into a place of Mind, Body, Emotion & Spirit integration.

DID YOU KNOW that just by re-learning how to breathe you can lower your blood pressure, balance your blood sugar, connect to spirit & cause your body to produce chemicals that create feelings of inner peace, contentment & calm. Did you know that there is a reflex point that you can hold, that will stop a hot flash in it's tracks; move a child from a place of tantrum & upset to a place of calm & comfort; help the body stop having auto-immune reactions & release physical pain.

I JUST LOVE to teach people how to use these powerful tools. We are incredible beings!! All we need to do is to become aware of what we are doing that is creating what we don't want. Then we just need to re-learn how to create what we do want. We all want basically the same things.......Happiness, Joy, Health, Meaningful Work, Positive Relationships, Abundance, Spiritual Growth & Meaning & etc....

YOU HAVE the power to create these realities in your life. You just need to re-learn how. I look forward to being of guidance on your personal journey of healing.
